"As a parent and educator, I know how hard it is to watch your child struggle — and how much it means to finally find something that works."
As a mother of three, it breaks my heart to watch children try so hard and still struggle — when all you want is to see them wake up happy, love school, and believe in themselves.
If you've already tried tutoring, therapy, or extra support and seen only small changes, or none at all, I understand that quiet exhaustion. The guilt of not knowing what to try next, even though deep down you know your child is capable of so much more.
For years I asked why children struggle — and whether it could be prevented, not just managed. What I learned changed everything: the brain isn't fixed, and every part of a child's development is connected. Treating one struggle in isolation is often why progress feels so slow.
I've lived this too — the anxiety, the big emotions, the sensory sensitivities, the foggy days when nothing seems to stick. So I brought 20 years of experience, eight years of study, and years working alongside health professionals into one place: the PLECS Approach.
I've since watched children settle into school with ease, find their words, and write full pages when they once couldn't start a sentence — and watched parents finally breathe out, understanding their child for the first time.
If this sounds like your child, you're exactly who PLECS is for.

At PLECS, every child receives personalised support tailored to their unique strengths and needs. Equally important, every parent gains the understanding, confidence, and practical strategies needed to support their child's ongoing development.

Ready to Get Started?
Here is how the PLECS journey begins — three simple steps to get your child the support they need.
Discovery Chat
It begins with a short application form to book a free Discovery Chat — a relaxed conversation about your child and whether PLECS is the right fit for your family.
Comprehensive Assessment
If we move forward, your child completes a detailed assessment so we can understand their strengths, challenges, and learning profile. You'll also fill in parent questionnaires to give us the full picture.
Personalised Plan
Using everything we've learned, we design a tailored plan that targets the key areas for development and supports your child's overall growth.
